Fueled by my desire to have more freedom in my life, I purchased my first business in 2010 during a recession.

I soon realized entrepreneurship meant wearing many "different hats" and juggling countless responsibilities, which left me overwhelmed and questioning my worth. It also left me with no freedom.

Over the next 10 years, my life fell apart and I felt like the world would be better without me.

This led me to search for answers to many of life's deep questions and for purpose and meaning to my life. I signed up for coaching programs and was able to turn my life and my business around by over 200% within 6 months and help guide others to their own transformations.

Through the years, I have learned how important my personal habits and mindset are to my mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and business health and success.

My mission as an entrepreneur is to help other entrepreneurs create more freedom in their lives, spread more love to their communities, and savor their personal relationships.
